About FS Performance 

My name is Filip Saidl, I'm from Hronov, and I currently race at the UCI Continental level for the Pierre Baguette Cycling Team. I started cycling relatively late, but through systematic training and strong motivation, I quickly reached the top levels in the Czech cycling scene.

In the 2025 season, I achieved my greatest road cycling results to date – 2nd place in the U23 Czech National Road Race and 5th place in the individual time trial. These results are not only confirmation that I'm on the right path but also an inspiration to help other athletes grow and reach their potential.

Before switching to road cycling, I competed in MTB marathons, where I won races in the Czech Cup and became a two-time overall winner of the Rallye Sudety. In 2023, I finished 3rd at the Czech National XCM Championships. These experiences allow me to combine road and mountain biking, applying a broad range of training methods.

As a licensed coach, I offer training guidance based on long-term experience, personal insight from elite cycling, and modern training principles. My goal is to help athletes – from beginners to competitive riders – train effectively, safely, and with joy.
